Chicken tenders

We created a delicious seasoning with only 3 ingredients and ready to eat in a few minutes for your chicken tenders. You can easily choose a chicken analogs to make the recipe vegan. The tenders are coated with breadcrumbs and cooked in a frying pan to keep their tenderness! Be careful, risk of severe addiction at first bite.

500g of chicken tenders (or meat analogs)
2 tbsp of Yusto
1 clove of garlic
1 tsp of paprika
1 egg
100g of flour
1 tsp of milk (plant-based or not)
Breadcrumbs
  1. Cut the chicken tenders or the meat analogs in half. 
  2. In a bowl, stir together Yusto, the mashed garlic clove and the paprika. 
  3. Coat the tenders with the preparation to have spice all around the meat pieces. 
  4. If possible, let it rest in fridge for 2h. 
  5. Prepare 3 bolws: the first with the flour, the second with the milk and the egg beaten, the third with the breadcrumbs.
  6. Roll the chicken tenders successively into the 3 bowls: first the flour, then the beaten egg and milk and then the breadcrumbs. 
  7. Cook the tenders in a frying pan with a dash of olive oil. 
  8. Continue cooking for a few minutes, until the tenders are browned on all sides. 
  9. Enjoy immediately with a Yusto BBQ sauce !
