Homemade crackers
Who doesn’t want crackers to dip or to enjoy a nice cheese ? This homemade cracker recipe is easy to prepare in less than 20 minutes and only a few ingredients. Without sugar and salt, this recipe is healthy and will not make you guilty about enjoying a good cracker.

Variation
- Switch seeds and nuts with others to match what you have in your kitchen.
Storage
- Store in a cool dry place for a few days.
- Preheat the oven at 180°C (350°F).
- Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl: Yusto yeast, flour, pumpkin and sunflower seeds and pine nuts.
- Add the olive oil and mix with a stand mixer flat beater or with your hands.
- Add progressively the water while kneading the dough until smooth and slightly sticky.
- Place the dough in between two parchment papers and roll it out until it reaches 3 cm thick.
- Remove the top parchment paper sheet and pre-cut the dough with a knife tracing line to obtain square crackers about 4 cm long. There is no need to fully cut the dough or to separate the crackers from eachother before cooking.
- Cook the crackers for 15 min at 180°C (350°F). After cooking crackers should be golden, if not let them cook for 3 more minutes.
- Let the crackers cool completely before separating them by breaking them on the pre-cuts.
- Enjoy with slice of cheese or with a Yusto red bell pepper dip!
