Products are accessible via the Site while stocks last at the time of the Order. If Products are out of stock when the Client places an Order, Arbiom will inform the Client to either cancel the Order with a corresponding refund or to delay delivery until the Products are restocked (if applicable).
- Ingredients
It is the Client’s responsibility to carefully read the information sheet for the Products (ingredient list, allergens, nutritional values, etc.) available on each Product page and the labeling on the Products once received, to ensure that they suit them and that their consumption does not pose any risk.
- Prices
Product prices displayed on the Site are in euros, inclusive of all taxes (VAT included), and include the applicable French VAT rate. Any change in the French VAT rate will be immediately reflected in our prices.
Shipping fees, which depend on the delivery method chosen by the Client, are not included. These shipping fees are made known to the Client when placing the Order.
- Modifications
Arbiom reserves the right to modify product ranges and prices at any time at its discretion. Prices applicable to an Order remain those displayed on the Site at the time of the Client’s Order validation.
- Errors
Arbiom does not guarantee the absence of errors on the Site, particularly in the Product descriptions, but will make every effort to promptly correct any error reported by a Client.
- Account
- Account Creation
The Client may create an Account either while browsing the Site or during the Order process.
To do so, the Client must:
- Create a unique identifier by providing their email address,
- Create a unique password,
- Provide the following information: Title, First and Last Name,
- Optionally provide their date of birth,
- Indicate if they wish to receive marketing communications from Arbiom by checking the appropriate box.
Creating an Account signifies acceptance of the GTCU.
- Client and Entered Information
The Site is not intended to offer products or services to minors; thus, Clients creating an Account declare that they are adults.
Likewise, this Site is intended for individual Clients. For any professional Orders (for employee committees, seminars, etc.), the Client is invited to contact Arbiom’s Customer Service via the dedicated contact form for professionals.
In general, the Client guarantees the accuracy of all information provided and agrees to immediately notify Arbiom of any changes by updating their Account accordingly. In case of an ongoing Order, the updated delivery address will only apply to future Orders.
Arbiom reserves the right to refuse a Client’s registration or Order in case of non-compliance with the GTCU or the GTCS without needing to justify such refusal and without generating any right of recourse or indemnity.
- Account Access
The Client can access their Account by entering their unique identifier and password. These elements are personal and confidential. Any connection to the Account and any resulting actions are considered to have been made by the Client. They are solely responsible for any consequences resulting from sharing login information with third parties.
- Account Management
From their Account, the Client can:
- View their Order history,
- Download invoices,
- Enter optional information (e.g., their date of birth),
- Modify any information provided, with the understanding that if an Order is in progress, the update will apply only to future Orders.
- Suspension or Deletion of Account
The Client can delete their Account at any time by contacting Arbiom via the contact form. In such a case, they are informed that Site Services will no longer be accessible.
In case of non-compliance with the GTCU or GTCS or if illegal activity on the Site is detected, Arbiom reserves the right to suspend or delete the Client’s Account without notice.
- Order
Adding a Product to the cart does not signify Order acceptance. It is possible that the quantity of a Product added to the cart may no longer be available at the time of Order validation. The Client will be informed directly or before final Order validation. Every shipped Order guarantees a minimum durability date (DDM) of 30 days.
- Placing an Order
The Client’s connection to their Account by entering their identifier and password enables reliable identification, and binds them for any Order placed in this manner.
Once Products are selected and added to the Cart, the Client can confirm their Order, choose the delivery method, and select payment options.
A comprehensive summary of the Order is provided before finalization.
- Order Payment and Confirmation
Order payment is made by credit card via the secure interface provided by Arbiom’s payment provider, Stripe.
Orders only bind Arbiom once confirmed by the Client’s bank for full payment of the Order, including any applicable shipping fees.
Once the Order is validated, the Client receives a confirmation email and can track Order progress through their Account.
- Order Refund Terms
Refunds for Orders, if applicable due to returns, delivery delays, or exercising the withdrawal period in accordance with Articles 6 “Delivery and Collection,” 7 “Returns and Guarantees,” and 8 “Right of Withdrawal” of the GTCS, will be processed according to the previously used payment method.
For Orders made by credit card: refunds will be processed by bank transfer.
- Delivery and collection
Arbiom delivers Products exclusively within mainland France, excluding Corsica and Monaco.
Products are shipped in appropriate packaging to ensure their quality. A tracking number is sent to the Client via email and accessible through their Account.
Deliveries are made by courier to the Client’s home or workplace. The Client is notified by email and through their Account of a delivery date. If necessary, the Client may contact the courier to arrange an alternate delivery date.
If the Client is unable to receive the Order at home or work within ten (10) calendar days from the initial delivery date, the Order will be returned to Arbiom and considered abandoned, with the Client forfeiting any right to a refund.
All collections and deliveries require the Client’s signature and presentation of identification. If the Client mandates a third party to collect their Order, this person must present the Client’s ID along with the Order availability confirmation.
Risk transfers to the Client upon delivery or collection. From that moment, the Client alone bears the risk for the Products and assumes all damage thereto, without prejudice to the rights they hold as outlined in Article 7 “Returns and Guarantees.”
Regardless of the delivery method, the Client agrees to verify the Order’s conformity under the conditions specified in Article 7 “Returns and Guarantees.”
Deliveries are made within 3–4 business days to ten business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
These times are indicative. However, if the Client has not received their Order within 24 hours after the announced delivery date, they are invited to contact Arbiom’s Customer Service via the contact form so Arbiom can, if necessary, contact the courier or logistics services to determine the delay’s cause and propose a reasonable new delivery date to the Client.
If delivery does not occur on the agreed-upon date, the Client may request Order cancellation and a full refund. This refund will be made within a maximum of fourteen (14) calendar days.
No refund will be due in case of delivery delay or failure without fault on Arbiom’s part, particularly if a delivery address is incorrect.
- Returns and guarantees
Without prejudice to the legal rights and protections available to the Customer, the Customer agrees to report any visible defects, damages, or non-conformities of their Order (damaged packaging, missing products, etc.) to the carrier, noting these issues on the carrier’s delivery or collection slip at a pickup point. Failing this, the Customer shall report such issues directly to Arbiom using the online contact form within no more than twenty-four (24) hours of delivery.
If no report is made, the Order will be deemed free of visible defects.
Where applicable, Arbiom may request the Customer to provide additional information, including photos, which the Customer agrees to supply if still in possession of the concerned package and if delivery was not refused.
If a visible defect is confirmed, Arbiom may choose either to reimburse the Customer within a maximum of fourteen (14) calendar days or to fully replace the Order.
Additionally, the Customer may file complaints within the legal timeframe under the conformity guarantee (two (2) years from the delivery date in accordance with Articles L217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) or under the hidden defect guarantee (two (2) years from discovery of the defect in accordance with Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code), using the retraction form and attaching photos highlighting the defect or non-conformity identified.
Where necessary, Arbiom may request the Customer to provide additional information or to return the affected Products to Arbiom for inspection, at Arbiom’s expense.
In the event of a confirmed non-conformity or hidden defect, and without prejudice to the Customer’s rights under these legal guarantees, Arbiom will offer, at the Customer’s discretion, either a refund within a maximum of fourteen (14) calendar days or a full replacement of the Order.
- Liability
Subject to mandatory applicable provisions, the Customer expressly agrees that Arbiom shall only be liable for immediate and direct damages resulting from a failure or improper performance of the Order, excluding any indirect, incidental, or ancillary damages, whether foreseeable or unforeseeable, caused to the Customer or a third party, including but not limited to loss of earnings or profits, loss of data or materials, including costs for retrieval, reproduction, or repair of such losses, arising from the use of the Site or from an Order.
Arbiom shall not be liable for damages caused by the Customer, a third party, or a force majeure event as defined by French law and jurisprudence, as well as any slowdown or blockage of electric and/or telecommunications networks, any slowdown or halt of transport means, or any strike among carriers responsible for Orders.
The Customer agrees to order Products solely for personal use. Any commercialization, resale, or distribution of the Products is prohibited.
- Personal data
Personal data collected via the Site regarding Customers are processed by Arbiom, the data controller, for the purpose of providing Services, processing Orders, continuously improving the Site, compiling statistical reports, and gaining general insights into Customers. This processing is based on these Terms and Conditions and/or Arbiom’s legitimate interest in managing its relationships with customers and prospects.
The information marked with an asterisk in contact or account forms is mandatory for processing Customer requests. Without this information, the request cannot be processed.
The data collected is shared internally within Arbiom’s teams responsible for communication, marketing, logistics, and customer relations.
The Customer’s data is also accessible to Arbiom’s subcontractors (notably for the purpose of Site hosting and Order delivery), who act according to Arbiom’s instructions and are required to implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect this personal data.
Data may, if necessary, be transferred outside the European Union, provided that in such cases, these transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards such as the conclusion of standard contractual clauses from the European Commission.

Without prior written and express agreement from the Company and without prejudice to rights granted by applicable law, the Customer is not authorized, without prior written consent from Arbiom:
- To reproduce, represent, extract, disclose, broadcast, distribute, adapt, translate, modify, decompile, commercialize, and/or license any or all of the aforementioned elements for any purpose, medium, or territory;

- To create and share hyperlinks from third-party sites to the Site, or to integrate it into another site via any technical process such as “framing.”
- Changes to the Terms and conditions
Arbiom reserves the right to unilaterally modify the Terms and Conditions at any time and without notice by publishing a new version on the Site, which shall apply to any order placed after its initial online posting.
By checking the box on the Site’s “I have read and accepted the terms and conditions” button at the end of the Order process, the Customer acknowledges having read and accepted all Terms and Conditions without reservation.
The applicable Terms and Conditions are those in force on the delivery date of the Order.
- Tolerance
Arbiom’s failure or delay in enforcing a provision of the Terms and Conditions shall not be interpreted as a waiver of its right to enforce such provision in the future.
- Governing law
The Terms and Conditions and all relationships with Customers are governed and interpreted according to French law, regardless of where the Customer accesses the Site.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. For this purpose, please contact our customer service department by mail at: Les Gourmandises des Français, 8 rue du Caire, 75002 Paris.
